The Experience

The first days and weeks with a new baby pass in a blur. Tiny fingers uncurl. Soft features change almost overnight. A newborn photography session gives you a moment to slow down and hold onto this precious and fleeting chapter before it quietly slips away.

Every session is intentionally unhurried and guided entirely by your baby. Feeding, settling, cuddles and pauses are all expected. Whether your baby sleeps the whole time or needs feeding, cuddling and soothing, this is all completely normal and expected. There is never any rush.

My Style
Natural, timeless and beautifully simple.

With over 11 years of professional experience as a family photographer, and as a mother to two growing girls, I understand the delicate nature of a new baby and how family life is a fast-paced adventure. You can relax knowing your baby is in safe hands. Sessions flow gently between natural sleepy moments and softly styled portraits, with plenty of flexibility, guided by your baby. The safety and wellbeing of your baby comes first and as a result, I only do natural and gently posed positions. I avoid distracting themes, props, themes or restrictive outfits. Instead, I use neutral tones and soft, natural compositions to keep the focus exactly where it should be: on your family. My signature style ensures your portraits will look as beautiful in twenty years as they do today.

I typically welcome families across Thame, Chinnor, Long Crendon, Princes Risborough, Bicester, Haddenham, Oxford, Beaconsfield and beyond. It is fully equipped to make your experience as relaxed, stress-free and enjoyable as possible.  Just sit back, relax and enjoy soaking up lots of precious, joyful and everlasting moments together.

Availability
I'm dedicated to providing my clients with the highest quality imagery and experience. My diary usually fills 4–8 weeks in advance.

• When to book: Most families contact me following their 20-week scan to provisionally secure a date.

• Already arrived? If your baby is already here, please reach out! I always try to keep a little wiggle room for last-minute arrivals.
