Experience a calm, relaxed and unhurried newborn session at my warm, light and airy studio in Thame, a serene retreat just 25 minutes from central Oxford. With over 11 years as a family photographer, my studio is carefully designed with families in mind. Everything is created to make your experience as effortless, relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. Sit back, relax with a hot drink and biscuits and leave me to gently guide the rest. Nobody needs to perform and you don't need to have new baby life all figured out. My approach is fully baby-led and guided by your baby's pace and needs.
As a mum of two, I know how much of a blur those early first weeks can feel. I love to document those fleeting newborn weeks so that when you emerge from this chapter you'll forever have a beautiful collection of timeless, natural images to cherish and remind you how little, your not-so-little one once was! You don't realise how much they have grown and changed until you pause to look back or suddenly notice that their little hand sits in yours that little bit more tightly.

Your Investment
To secure a session in my studio, a £150 session investment fee is required upfront. To keep things simple, this is credited back towards your chosen collection. You do not need to decide what collection or products you'd like to have prior to or during the session. Your session fee includes:

I believe in honest pricing with no surprises. You'll receive my full pricing details prior to booking. To help you invest in the art you love, I offer interest-free payment plans.
Availability
To ensure every family receives the best experience, I only release a limited number of sessions per month. My diary typically fills 1-2 months in advance so I recommend booking shortly after your 20 week scan to guarantee a space but if your little one has already arrived please message me as I leave some wiggle room to cater for early, on time and late arrivals. Newborn sessions typically take place between 5 days to 3 weeks old when a new baby is the most sleepiest and naturally curled up.
Choosing your images
Within approximately 3 weeks of your session taking place, you’ll receive a link to a private online preview gallery from the comfort of your own home. You'll then be able to view your gallery and decide what best suits your family without pressure. If you are not sure what you'd like I can guide you and provide a design service to help you make the most of the images we have captured.
